1. What is OpBuildX Uploader?

A publishing tool that lets creators send their own short and long-form videos to their own TikTok inbox from one dashboard. You then finish the post in the TikTok app.

2. How do I connect my TikTok account?

Click Authorize TikTok in the dashboard. You’ll sign in on TikTok’s own page and approve access. You’re then returned to the dashboard.

3. Do you see my TikTok password?

No. Sign-in happens on TikTok through Login Kit. Your password is never sent to opbuildx.com.

4. What permissions do you request, and why?

user.info.basic to show the connected account’s name and avatar; video.upload to send the videos you choose to your own TikTok inbox, where you finish each post in the TikTok app. We do not request permission to post directly.

5. Which accounts can I connect?

Only TikTok accounts you own and can sign in to. We never post to an account that hasn’t been connected through TikTok’s authorization.

6. Will you ever post without my permission?

No. A video is only sent to TikTok when you ask for it, and only to the account you connected.

7. What video lengths are supported?

Short and long-form videos, within the video limits TikTok sets for your account.

8. Which privacy and posting settings are used?

The video arrives in your TikTok inbox. You choose the caption, privacy, and other posting settings in the TikTok app when you finish the post.

9. What data do you store?

Only what’s needed to keep your account connected and send your videos: encrypted access/refresh tokens, your TikTok account ID, granted scope and expiry times, a working copy of the video, and an upload log. Details in the Privacy Policy.

10. Do you sell my data or use it for ads?

No. We don’t sell personal information, share it with advertising networks, or use it for advertising. This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies.

11. How do I disconnect or revoke access?

You can disconnect at any time in TikTok’s settings under Manage apps (authorized services). Disconnecting stops future use of the old authorization. To have stored copies deleted, email hello@opbuildx.com.

12. How long until my data is deleted?

After you disconnect or send a deletion request, tokens, account fields, video working copies, and log entries for that account are deleted within 30 days, unless a law requires longer retention.
