OpBuildX Uploader Terms of Service

These terms govern use of OpBuildX Uploader. OpBuildX Uploader is the publishing app that connects a TikTok account and uploads videos to that account. The account owner’s content pipeline can also connect a Google account to publish videos to a YouTube channel, read YouTube Analytics, and store pipeline files in Google Drive, as described in the Privacy Policy. By connecting TikTok or Google, or by sending a video through OpBuildX Uploader, you agree to these terms and to the OpBuildX Uploader Privacy Policy.

OpBuildX Uploader is operated by the owner of opbuildx.com. These terms are an agreement between you and that operator. They are not an agreement with TikTok or Google.

The service

OpBuildX Uploader lets the owner of a TikTok account authorize OpBuildX Uploader and then upload videos to that account’s TikTok inbox, where the owner finishes the post in the TikTok app. OpBuildX Uploader is offered as a production service. The public pages on opbuildx.com describe the service that is available now.

OpBuildX Uploader sends videos only to the TikTok account that was connected. Videos sent from the dashboard arrive in that account’s TikTok inbox, and you finish the post in the TikTok app. It does not provide a public feed, a marketplace, or a login for visitors to this website. Reading opbuildx.com does not require an account.

Google and YouTube

When a Google account is connected, OpBuildX Uploader uses it only for the connected YouTube channel and Google Drive, as described in the Google and YouTube data section of the Privacy Policy. YouTube’s Terms of Service and Google’s terms also apply to content published on YouTube. You can revoke access in your Google account settings at any time.

Who may use OpBuildX Uploader

You must be allowed to use the TikTok account you connect. You must meet TikTok’s minimum age. OpBuildX Uploader is not offered to children under 13. You must have the rights needed to upload each video and to publish it on the connected account.

TikTok login

You sign in on TikTok and grant OpBuildX Uploader the permissions needed to identify the account and to upload. You must not connect an account you are not allowed to use. You can revoke OpBuildX Uploader inside TikTok’s own settings. To ask OpBuildX Uploader to delete the tokens and working copies it still holds, email hello@opbuildx.com. How that information is stored is described in the OpBuildX Uploader Privacy Policy.

TikTok, not OpBuildX Uploader, decides whether a login succeeds and which permissions an account may grant.

Video uploads

You are responsible for every video you send through OpBuildX Uploader and every caption you add in TikTok. You confirm that you have the rights to that content and the right to post it on the connected TikTok account. OpBuildX Uploader sends the video to your TikTok inbox at your request. You add the caption and finish the post in the TikTok app.

OpBuildX Uploader does not post directly to your account. You choose the caption, privacy level, and other posting settings in the TikTok app when you finish the post. OpBuildX Uploader never sends a video to a different account.

TikTok’s terms, community guidelines, and music rules also apply to the post that appears on TikTok. TikTok may reject, limit, or remove a post. OpBuildX Uploader does not control that decision.

Your content

You keep the rights you already have in the videos you submit. You grant OpBuildX Uploader permission to host a working copy, to send that copy to your TikTok inbox, and to store an operations log of the upload, only so OpBuildX Uploader can perform the upload you asked for. That permission ends when the copies are deleted, except for a post TikTok already published, which remains subject to your agreement with TikTok.

Account data

OpBuildX Uploader uses the TikTok account identifier, the granted permission scope, token expiry information, and the basic profile information TikTok returns for the connected account (such as display name and avatar). You agree that the authorization you give is for the account you intend to connect. Account data is handled as described in the OpBuildX Uploader Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You will not use OpBuildX Uploader to upload content you do not have rights to publish, to upload to an account you are not allowed to use, to break TikTok’s terms, or to break the law. You will not attempt to interfere with the service or to obtain another person’s tokens. OpBuildX Uploader may refuse or stop an upload that breaks these terms.

Availability

OpBuildX Uploader is a production service and may be unavailable for maintenance, because TikTok is unavailable, or because TikTok refuses an upload. A failed upload can be retried. OpBuildX Uploader does not promise that every video will be posted, or that a posted video will remain on TikTok.

Disclaimers and limits

OpBuildX Uploader is provided as the production service described on opbuildx.com. The operator is not responsible for TikTok’s rejection of a login or a post, for content you did not have rights to upload, or for loss that results from an account you were not allowed to connect. Nothing in these terms limits a responsibility that the law does not allow to be limited.

Changes to these terms

If these OpBuildX Uploader Terms of Service change, the updated terms will be posted at this URL with a new “last updated” date. Connecting TikTok or Google, or sending a video, after that date means you agree to the updated terms. If you do not agree, disconnect the account and stop sending videos.
